and Gene Network Research Group" in Zhejiang University is located
in Hangzhou, a beautiful city at the east coast of China. We have committed ourselves in
the research, development of applied and theoretical gene engineering
technology under the supervision of Prof. Debao Li and Dr. Haitao
Dong. Our interests focus on the analysis and interpetation of EST data and the application of micro-array technology.

Microarray
informatics and resources at the estarray. You'll find the introduction
, technical framework , and organized available data for our
microarray technology and experiments. It includes two kinds
of complementary array, cDNA and RNA array. RNA array originated
by us was developed as a high- through tool to investigate the
expression profile of a gene in thousands of phynotypes in parallel
,which can assit to know the object gene's precise function
and assure the relationship of genes revealed by cDNA array.
Interestingly, using several sets of gene probes, this technology
can be applied in screening the phenotype. e.g. the quality
of rice. |

Pusaman
is a application designed to allow the analysis and management
of microarray data. Clustering have been implemented, along
with a graphical display to present the results. In a word ,it
integrated part of Cluster and TreeView's functions.
Dnauser
is a PC program (Windows OS) for DNA analysis.
Now it has basic functions including sequence edit, sequence
conversion , ORF finding, translation, removing vector sequence,
Restriction Enzyme Mapping, PCR primer selection, Sequence alignment
and etc, and plasmid mapping function is under construction.
