This PC program (Windows OS) was developed for general micro-array data management and analysis. Data quality filtering, normalization, clustering and visualization have been implemented. It also allows the analysis of micro-array data to identify patterns of gene expression and differentially expressed genes. A more flexible and expandable version, which can support multiple experiment data management and supports a variety of input and output formats, is under construction.
